We can help parties mediate their disputes, offering a lower-cost alternative to traditional litigation. In order for us to mediate your dispute, both parties must agree to participate.
We can also represent you in a mediation, arbitration, or other alternative dispute resolution setting. We have experience with ADR in situations ranging from large, multi-party disputes at contaminated sites under CERCLA (aka Superfund) to disputes between two parties seeking to resolve a contractual or family dispute. We’ve mediated disputes involving residents at a residential complex, as well as disputes between parents and schools involving special education. Our mediation services are offered at rates significantly below our rates for traditional legal services, and in appropriate situations provide those services on a pro bono (i.e., without cost) basis.
